The Dorgard ® Fire Door Retainer (LL800) has a 2 year warranty

• All warranty claims should be returned for assessment before a replacement is issued.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer but may be credited or refunded.
• A replacement product will be sent out once a fault is confirmed by the manufacturer.
• If immediate replacement is required then (subject to stock) a replacement unit can be purchased and cost will be credited or refunded upon confirmation of warranty fault by manufacturer.

• Most products are available from stock for next day despatch.

Returns

• Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Goods must be packed in their original packaging and unmarked.
• Only goods returned in a re-saleable condition will be eligible for refund or credit.
• Non-faulty returns subject to 15% re-stocking fee
